 The JobFit and Development Report

With a competency based job role already developed, a candidate completes an online evaluation and is matched to that role, resulting in a JobFit and Development Report.

The report sets a % fit against the specific role as well as identifying gaps and potential improvement plans. Evaluation takes about 70 minutes, is conducted online and results are available immediately, so hiring managers can then make informed hire/not hire decisions.
